After completing your internship, you will have the opportunity to combine work and study. Yes2web developed the Talent Course programme especially for HRO students. The objective of this programme is to become a specialist in your field.

Description

When:

The next course starts in January 2011. The ideal first step is an internship at Yes2web.

Programme

• You work as a member of the Yes2web development team
• You learn Object-Oriented Programming at a high analytical level in multiple languages (PHP5, Javascript, possibly Java)
• You learn to work with UML
• You learn the finer points of Search Engine Optimisation
• You learn to support customers
• You learn to sell websites to potential customers
• You deepen your understanding of usability through testing and drafting recommendations
• You are expected to obtain a final grade of at least 8 (scale of 1 to 10)

It is important to understand that the Talent Course is a customised programme. The field in which you aim to specialise is the main focus, although you will also have the opportunity to pursue other directions.

The ideal candidate:

Since the number of Talent Course places is limited to 2 (preferably 1), the prerequisites are strict.

• Strong analytical skills: able to keep up easily
• Ambitious: more than 1 specialist area
• Eager to learn: wants to know why something works before it is implemented
• High level: adapts quickly to the Yes2web level
• No 9-to-5 mentality
